Jessica Hidalgo Holland

Jessica Hidalgo Holland is the massage therapist at Salon Helena. She is a graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she discovered her passion for many modalities including Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Sports Massage and Reflexology.  Combining these new healing art forms with her previous work as Reiki Practitioner, Life Coach and activist, Jessica is constantly striving to discover new ways to assist people in relaxing and creating a more positive relationship with their own bodies and healing. 

Jessica is also a certified Core Synchronism Practitioner, a powerful holistic alternative health system developed by Dr. Robert Stevens, with roots in Polarity therapy and Cranial Osteopathy.  She is also training as a Doula to specifically support expecting mothers and families.

Jessica strives to create a safe space for her clients to let go of their worries and tensions, be pampered a bit, and to let their body, mind and spirit relax.  Blending different modalities and flower essences, she enjoys working with her clients to create a treatment that speaks specifically to their needs.
